For the Joy of Food

In this circle, we will dive into how diet culture steals the joy of food, our self esteem and our worth as women. As we discuss how to heal from the trauma and harms of the diet crazy culture around us, we will enjoy a fabulous gourmet meal so we can actively practice embracing the joy of food. Come hungry and ready to eat!

Navigating Your Emotional Landscape

For this circle, we will invite participants to spend the weeks before being mindful of their emotional landscape. What emotions do you find yourself navigating? Which emotions are you resisting? When we gather in March, we will dive deeper into the roots of some of these emotions and share what our mindfulness process was like.

Embracing the Feminine

By the time we navigate childhood, teenage years and early adulthood, we’ve fully absorbed the message that being a woman is messy. Our innate ability to nurture is seen as a crutch. Our cyclical monthly rhythm is a curse. Our messy emotions are unstable and dangerous. How can we reverse the cycle and embrace all that it means to be women? We’ll talk cycles, hormones, life changes and more in this timely and relevant circle.

Registration Fee: $195.00/cycle (includes 3 monthly circles)

Space is limited to 7 participants.

Babes in arms are welcome!
