This package includes three 1 hour online appointments in which you will:

• Have the time and space to share your birth experience

• Have your feelings and emotions validated

• Ask questions and begin to understand the possible reasons behind your birth outcome(s)

• Discuss ways in which you can process and integrate your birth experience

• Begin the healing process for you and your baby by discussing emotional release techniques and providing suggestions for additional mind-body healing modalities to help you move forward

• You will also have access to email support - as needed - as our sessions may bring up thoughts and feelings afterwards
